It's safe to say that this bike is pretty gangster. The buyer, Corey Roth (pictured), reserved the bike almost as soon as I found it. Corey is rebuilding a 1967 Mercury Cougar hot rod and wanted a lowrider to match his car.
The previous owner had allowed his grandkids to go nuts on the bike with two cans of spray paint: metallic green and orange construction marking paint. I took it down to bare metal and repainted in satin black paint to match Corey's car.
Then I went nuts ordering parts from a lowrider shop in L.A. New parts include springer forks, fenders, seat, tires, and skull valve caps. Everthing else is orginal and cleaned up nicely. As you can tell from the pictures, this thing rides dangerously low. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first hop on but once you get accustomed to it, it is really fun to cruise on.
